Marco Magnabosco e Fabrizio Pace vestiranno anche nella prossima stagione la maglia Giallorossa! I due attaccanti classe 1995 nonostante le diverse possibilità che gli si erano presentate nel corso dell’estate hanno deciso di proseguire la loro esperienza con l’Asiago Hockey 1935.
Entrambi sono pronti ad affrontare una nuova stagione con la prima squadra Stellata, nella quale cercheranno di continuare la loro crescita, ritagliandosi spazi sempre maggiori all’interno del line-up.
Marco Magnabosco, ala destra 20enne di 175 cm per 76 kg, gioca con l’Asiago dalla prima volta in cui ha indossato i pattini. Dopo la trafila nelle giovanili arriva a vestire la maglia stellata in Serie A nel 2012. Da lì per lui è un crescendo; nelle ultime due stagioni in 68 partite di regular season realizza 50 punti (15 goal e 35 assist) e 5 punti in 20 partite di playoff. Nella scorsa stagione si è anche laureato Campione d’Italia under 20 per la seconda volta, insieme all’inseparabile compagno di squadra Pace. Dopo la stagione più che positiva disputata con l’Asiago si guadagna la chiamata per i Mondiali Senior disputati in Polonia, nei quali l’Italia riuscirà ad ottenere la promozione in Top Division.
Fabrizio Pace, centro anche lui 20enne di 180 cm per 86 kg, è di origine torinese, trasferitosi ad Asiago nel 2011 per giocare con le giovanili giallorosse. L’attaccante torinese ha giocato in Serie A per la prima volta nella stagione 2013/2014, durante la quale ha disputato 6 partite nel massimo campionato italiano. Dalla stagione successiva entra a far parte stabilmente della prima squadra stellata. Sono 59 le partite per lui nelle ultime due stagioni regolari, con 11 punti a referto (2 goal e 9 assist), mentre ai playoff le partite sono 22, nelle quali Pace ha realizzato un’assist. Nella scorsa stagione, come accennato sopra, Pace è stato uno dei protagonisti della conquista del campionato nazionale under 20.
Abbiamo colto l’occasione per scambiare due parole con Marco Magnabosco, chiedendogli cosa si aspetta dal prossimo campionato e dalla Alps Hockey League in generale:
“Mi aspetto un campionato che proporrà squadre con un buon mix di giovani e di giocatori stranieri, per questo a mio parere dovrebbe essere un torneo più equilibrato e interessante, sia per il pubblico che per noi giocatori. Le regole del campionato fanno sì che le squadre puntino molto sui giovani, per questo credo che per noi sia un’opportunità importante da non farsi sfuggire per potersi mettere in mostra. Non vedo l’ora di cominciare!”
Della stessa opinione è Pace che aggiunge: “Stiamo lavorando duramente e ci faremo trovare pronti per l’inizio del campionato”.

Marco Magnabosco and Fabrizio Pace will wear the Yellow&red jersey also for next season! The two forwards, born in 1995, decided to continue their experience with Asiago Hockey 1935 despite the different possibilities they had been offered during the summer.
Both are ready to face a new season with the Asiago’s team, in which they will continue their improvement, carving out more and more space in the line-up.
Marco Magnabosco, 20 year old right winger, 175 cm for 76 kg, has played with Asiago since the first time he wore the skates. After playing with Asiago’s junior teams he got the chance to wear the Yellow&red jersey in the Serie A for the first time in 2012. From that moment he continues to improve; in the last two seasons in 68 regular-season games he scored 50 points (15 goals and 35 assists) and 5 points in 20 playoff games. Last season he won also the under 20 championship with his inseparable teammate Pace. After the good season played with the Asiago, he joined the Italian National Team for the World Championship, that took place in Poland, where Italy earned the promotion to the Top Division.
Fabrizio Pace, 20 year old center, 180 cm 86 kg, is originally from Turin, he moved to Asiago in 2011 to play with the Asiago’s team under 18 and under 20. He played in Serie A for the first time in the 2013/2014 season, 6 games during that season. The following season he played with the senior team permanently. He played 59 games in the last two regular seasons, scoring 11 points (2 goals and 9 assists), while in the playoffs he played 22 matches serving an assist. Last season, as mentioned above, Pace was one of the protagonists of the championship under 20 wins, winning the title.
We took the opportunity to talk with Marco Magnabosco, asking him what he expects from the next championship and the Alps Hockey League in general:
"I expect a championship that will offer teams with a good mix of young people and import players, so in my opinion AlpsHL should be a more balanced and interesting tournament, both for the fans and for the players. The rules of the championship make it so the teams bid on young players, so I think it is a great opportunity for us to show off. Can’t wait to start! "
Pace is of the same opinion and he also said: "We are working hard and we will be ready for the start of the season."
We just have to wish our two boys the best for the upcoming season, knowing that they will do everything to continue to amaze us. Come on guys!
