Continua a prendere forma la struttura della squadra che a partire dal 17 settembre si giocherà l’Alps Hockey League con la maglia Stellata. Le conferme odierne sono due e portano i nomi di Andreas Lutz e Lorenzo Casetti.
Andreas Lutz, meranese classe ’86, è pronto a tornare sull’Altopiano di Asiago dopo la positiva scorsa stagione, in cui ha realizzato 30 punti, frutto di 14 goal e 16 assist, in 34 partite di regular season e 4 punti, 1 goal e 3 assist, in 11 partite di playoff. Lutz è stato una pedina fondamentale nello scacchiere Giallorosso, essendosi adattato a giocare in ruoli diversi; sia come attaccante, venendo impiegato spesso in seconda linea, che come difensore, suo ruolo originario. Il “numero 24” sarà dunque un giocatore chiave anche in questa stagione e la sua duttilità risulterà di estrema utilità per Barrasso, che potrebbe decidere di schierarlo nuovamente come ala.
Lorenzo Casetti, trentino classe ’93, torna invece ad Asiago per disputare la sua quinta stagione con i colori Giallorossi addosso. Casetti ha giocato 38 partite nell’arco della scorsa stagione regolare e 10 durante i playoff, totalizzando 1 goal e 8 assist. Il trentino grazie alle sue prestazioni solide e ordinate si è ormai ritagliato un ruolo fisso e di assoluta importanza nella retroguardia della squadra Stellata.
Inizia così a delinearsi quello che sarà il reparto difensivo della squadra asiaghese. Queste sono solo le prime conferme per quanto riguarda la difesa, altre potrebbero seguire nei prossimi giorni.

Andreas Lutz, born in Merano in 1986, is ready to return to Asiago after the successful last season, in which he scored 30 points, 14 goals and 16 assists in 34 regular season games and four points, 1 goal and 3 assists in 11 playoff games. Lutz was a key player for the team in the past season, thanks to his ability to play in different roles; he played both as a forward and as a defenseman, his original role. The "number 24" will be a key player also in this season and his versatility will be extremely useful for Barrasso, who might decide to deploy him again as a winger.
Lorenzo Casetti, born in Trento in 1993, comes back to Asiago to play his fifth season with the Yellow&red jersey. Casetti played 38 regular season games and 10 playoffs playoff games during last season, scoring 1 goals and 8 assists. The defenseman thanks to his solid and ordered performances carved out a permanent role and absolute importance in the Asiago’s team.
The defense began to take shape with these two extensions. Casetti and Lutz are just the first confirmations for the defense and others well known names could follow in the next days.
